We had the chance to meet him, and love him, watching the successful tv show “Will & Grace”, where he played the crazy and funny gay, Jack Mcfarland.
Sean Hayes opens up to “The Advocate” in their April 2010 issue, and he finally admits something that somehow we already knew. Why took you so long Sean?
The show ended in 2006, and long time before that moment, Hayes refused several interviews. That’s probably why The Advocate ran a story titled “Sean Hayes: The Interview He Never Gave.”
For too many years Sean pretended that no one knew he was gay; today the 39-year-old actor is ready to give us his big news: “I feel like I’ve contributed monumentally to the success of the gay movement in America. What more do you want me to do? Do you want me to stand on a float? And then what? It’s never enough”.
And talking about his personal life, here is what he said: “I spend time with a special someone in my life. That’s it. That’s all I need. I don’t need events. I don’t do a lot. I live my life like an 85-year-old man. I’m just quiet. It’s fantastic”.
